and give evidence on my behalf and to conduct the cases till &
quietus is given and to recover possession of property
(4) To file Execution Petition and to accompany the Court
Bailiff to identify the property. TO prefer police complaints
against the tenant, in case ofany threats oT intimidations from
the tenant
(g) To compromise oF compound cases and jn that context,
to sign Compromise Memo on my behalf.
(6) i necessary file appeals, revisions ete. or defend any
appeals OF revisions and also if necessary, to compromise OF
compound the cases, a8 and when necessary.
(7) To bave correspondence with Revenue, Thanjavur
Municipal Corporation andall related Governmentand private
jnstitutions to sig necessary Papers, receipts in that
connection on My behalf.
(8) To negotiate for sale of the said schedule mentioned
property, fix the prospective Purchaser fx the sale price, In
my interest and also on MY behalf.
(9) To enter into an agreement of sale with the prospective
purchaser, receive advance, sign the agreement jn my interest
and also on my behalf.
(10) To receive the balance sale consideration. from the
prospective Purchaser, execute and sign the sale deed in the
name of the prospective purchaser or the nominee(s) of the
Purchaser, present the same before the Registering Officer of
the Registering Office concerned for registration and to sign
Decurent No.1.
