I will not hold the Mabee Farm Historic Site or any of its representatives responsible for any personal injury or property damage which might occur during attendance. I attest that my wares are hand-crafted and not manufactured or imported. I have disclosed exactly what I will be selling or demonstrating.

NO SETUP ALLOWED AFTER 9:30 a.m. All vehicles must be moved to parking area.
Breakdown at 5 p.m. ONLY, after Fair ends. Booth assignments will be given out at the entrance on the morning of event. All booths must have table coverings that reach the ground and all surplus merchandise must be hidden from view. Everything brought on site must be removed by exhibitor. Trash must be placed in the dumpster. All vehicles belonging to exhibitors must be moved to designated area after unloading. Mabee Farm Historic Site is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Tax ID number is necessary if selling any products. No selling of any animals during Fair All animals must be in good health and owners MUST clean up after them. A small pen is required for the animals. NO FOOD ITEMS MAY BE SERVED OR SOLD WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
