● Based on the article, discuss the evolution of the wine market’s international structure. What is
the critical strategy which Yellow Tail used to disrupt the market?

● Using the principles of sustainable competitive advantage–can Yellow Tail attain such an
advantage? Using Porter’s Five Forces Model and insights on firm positioning, analyze what
strategies would be critical for Yellow Tail to have a significant and growing market presence
(Note: advanced readings and preliminary research is needed for Porter’s Five Forces/Firm
Positioning).
