MINUTES OF THE MEETING

1. The session started at 11:30am.

2. Mrs. Rheamay T. Paras facilitated the session by introducing the Basic Concept of the modules
1-2 for Quarter 1.
3. She also pointed out the MELCs of the modules and the activities to be answered by the learners.
4. Two (2) teachers are non-EsP Major. They need to be closely monitored and assisted in their
teaching techniques.
5. MELCs of the modules were given emphasis as the basis for every modules.
6. Teachers proposed strategies on how to deliver the lessons that is effective and efficient.
7. Different strategies/techniques were discussed such as situational analysis and journals.
8. The session adjourned at 12:15nn.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

1. The session started at 11:30am.

2. Mr. Federico S. Castro facilitated the checking of MELCs for Q2 Modules 1-5 before we started
the session.
3. Teachers gave their assessment and feedbacks based on their learner’s performance from the
previous lessons.
4. Based on their assessment only few learners failed to pass their outputs which means they
engaged on every activity of the lessons.
5. Teachers agreed to change performance tasks that are with the same direction for every module so
as not to drag the learners to passive learning.
6. If there are changes of activities that require rubric, teacher-made rubric will be constructed.
7. The session was adjourned at 3:30PM.

1. The session started at 3:00pm.

2. Teachers shared their observation and assessment on the previous quarter on how the learners
engaged themselves with the lesson.
3. Some learners failed to submit their outputs, but they were given ample time to finish and submit
their activities.
4. Some learners were given remediation and intervention by the teachers.
5. Reason for learners to be given intervention and remediation is because of absences due to
sickness, employment or tardiness.
6. Written Works and Performance Task were selected and modified for formative assessment.

7. Session ended at 4pm.

2. Mrs. Bessie Fernando facilitated the session by starting off with prayer and stating the agenda.
3. The grouped shared ideas on activities to be given to the learners that are in response to the
MELCs.
4. The grouped also modified some activities in order to have academic ease among learners.
5. The usual powerpoint will be used in the delivery of lessons for the quarter.
6. Learners participate well when lessons are presented through a powerpoint and educational fun
games.
6. The use of Evalbee was introduced as app for scanning test scores and item analysis
7. Some teachers used the app for scanning test results and item analysis.

2. The session started with a prayer led by Ms. Ana Liza Lobo.
3. Mrs. Paras revisited the types of assessment which was presented during the In-Service Training.
4. She reviewed the activities that can be considered as formative and summative assessment.
5. She also modified some activities that were used during distance learning and change them for
face to face assessment.
6. The group gave feedbacks on learner’s performance.
7. Remediation and intervention must be given to learners who are having hard time to do some
task such as tutoring or one on one discussion since the school year is learning recovery mode.
8. The session was adjourned at 3:00pm

2. Mrs. Rheamay T. Paras facilitated the session by checking the MELCs before discussing the
modules for Quarter 4
3. She made mentioned the integration of certain topics that correlate with one another since there
are only two (2) topics for quarter 4.
4. The group gave their suggestion on how to assist and guide learners who are almost falling behind
before the end of the quarter.
5. The group suggested collaborative learning and task so that those falling behind can catch up with
the lesson.
6. Buddy system also serves as a means for learners to recover from their failing grades.
7. The grouped also modified some activities in order to have academic ease to among learners.
8. The session was adjourned at 4:00pm
