3 From above it is clear that M/s Hi Tech, Construction Group, Mumbai is L-l bidder
as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the bid document. The price quoted by L-l
bidder seems justified looking into the fact that the project is to be executed during the span
of 24 Months in only one Block i.e. Chitrangi of Singrauli disctrict. Therefore, L-l bidder
might have quoted total cost lesser than estimated cost keeping view of lesser profit margin
and other expenditure.

4. The Committee members, after careful examination, recommend to put up proposal

before BoD, for issuing Notification of Award to L-1 Bidder i.e. M/s HiTech, Construction
Group, Mumbai.
