20. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION (Job Summary)
Prepares journal entries, reports, letters, endorsements and memoranda.
Prepares schedules to support statements of accounts or other financial statements for incorporation in the books of accounts or progress reports.
Prepares the reconciliation of the books of accounts.
Prepares financial reports.
Assists in supervising bookkeeping work in office and ascertains that transactions have been properly recorded in books.
Prepares correpondence pertaining to financial and bookkeeping matters
Supervises the submission of required financial data and reports to oversight agencies.
Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial statements and other financial reports.
Supervises the effective implementation of budget, accounting and payroll systems.
