SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SPS. ANTONIO L. DONIÑA & JOSEPHINE D. DONIÑA, of legal ages, Filipino, residents of Sitio
Marilag, Brgy. Montecillo, Sariaya, Quezon, do hereby name, appoint and constitute FLORESITA L. MORONG, of
legal age, Filipino, married, resident of Lutucan 1, Sariaya, Quezon, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for
me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following;

1. To represent me in my behalf with BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENEU (BIR) in connection

with real property covered by TCT-066-2017002735 and pay the due amount assessed by the said
office, and at the Mun. and Provincial Assessor’s Office, and Register of Deeds, and other related
offices whether private or government agency.
2. To ask, demand, collect, receive and withdraw any papers or documents and to acknowledged the
same from BIR and to any related offices.
3. To make, execute, deliver, sign any and all papers, documents and submit the same which may be
required by the offices concerned.
4. To do other things as may be required and necessary to carry out the powers vested upon our
attorney-in-fact.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry out into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present
and hereby ratifying and ratifying all that my attorney-in=fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue hereof.
