Aisha: Who do you think will win Callum?

Callum: Win what?

Callum: What is it? What are you watching?

or other instruments. Last year, a man with a 4. saxophone won.
Callum: Oh okay. Yeah, everyone is talking about it at schools.
Aisha: I like that girl best. Her name’s Jodie, Jodie West. She’s the 5. prettiest and she’s got the
best clothes. She really wants to be a 6. popstar.
Callum: Hmmm. But can she sing well?
Aisha: Well. She’s not the best singer but she's okay. She's going to sing next.
Callum: What about the one who’s singing now? She’s 7. brilliant!
Aisha: Hm. That’s Mary. Yess. She's a better singer than Jodie but she's a bit old.
Callum: She isn't old.
Aisha: Well she's older than the others, and she's 8. married. She's got a job. She works as a 9.
nurse and she's got 5 children.
Callum: Wow. I think she’s a good singer.
Aisha: Yes she is. And she plays the piano well too. But she isn’t a 10. typical popstar you
know. She won’t win.
Callum: Ahh I want her to win. If she wins, she’ll have money for her children. She can buy a nice
house and help her family. But what about Jodie? She just wants to be 11. famous.
Aisha: So that's a good 12. ambition. If Mary wins, her children won’t see her because she won’t
be at home. She’ll be too 13. busy. No, I want Jodie to win.
Callum: And I want Mary to win.
Aisha: Shhh. Jodie’s going to sing. Let’s listen.
