- Lecturer, Communications/Tourism Advisor & Advisor on Quality Standards
Supports small and medium enterprises in southern Peruvian provinces by providing them with advice and
training. Actively involved in creating a better economic environment in these provinces through sustainable
tourism and fair trade, suggesting the tourism thematic axis on each of them.
 Coordinated with SWISSCONTACT to design a system to evaluate, organize and promote tourism “quality”
services throughout Peru’s southern region. Delivered customized information sessions to target audiences.
 Developed Communications Plan for implementation of Tourism Quality Developing projects in the
Peruvian southern Andes through GESTUR – PUNO and OGD – PUNO, OGD – AREQUIPA, OGD – TACNA
and OGD – MOQUEGUA.
 Developed communications strategies, objectives and key messages required to improve the corporate
image and quality standards for regional tourist business. Determined content for “quality Standards
and Regional Theme” workshop and lectures.
