WHEREAS: PUERTO RICO STATE ELECTIONS COMMISSION, an entity of the :Xecutlve Branch
created by Law Number 78 of June 1st 2011, as amended (hereinafter referred tt as the Electoral
Law of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico), represented in this act by its Chalrma , Juan E. Davila
Rivera, of legal age, married, and resident of Bayam6n, Puerto Rico, who has auth rlty to enter Into
this agreement, hereinafter, the "PR-SEC"; and; DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS 4 ORPORATION,
a privately owned company founded in Canada, and organized pursuant to the law of the Province
of Ontario in Canada, duly authorized to do business In the Commonwealth of Puertc Rico as certified
by the Puerto Rico Department of State, represented In this act by Mr. John Poul s, of legal age,
married, and resident of Toronto. Ontario. Canada, who appears herein as President ncl CEO of said
company, and in such a capacity authorized by said company to enter Into this agret ment by means
of a corpcirate resolution to such effect (hereinafter, the "DOMINION").
WHEREAS: In June 01, 2020, the PARTIES signed the "Equipment Maintenance bE iween the State
Elections Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and Dominion i/otlng System
Corporation• (number 2020-000080), hereinafter, the Agreement.
WHEREAS: The parties agree to amend the original contract to decrease Its amoun and to modify
the services to be provided.
Q) NOW, THEREFORE, The PARTIES agree to amend the Agreement.as follows:

THIRD: The SECOND clause of the original contract Is amended t o read as llows:
In no event shall the total to be paid for services rendered in accordance with this greement exceed
NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($955,000.00). The services will be p id as described in
accordance with the description in the Budgetary Quotes - 0 00004627 herei after included as
Appendix B.
FOUR: Except as set for in this Agreement, the original Agreement is unaffected nd shall continue
in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and conditions. If there's co flict between this
amendable the Agreement, the terms of this amendment will prevail.
