You are new HR Manager at company Worteox in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The company
working as new opened hotel for 30 people (with restaurant, swimming pool and gym) and
the founder of the company has set up the task to you to get on board the whole staff so
hotel could operate without any problem. For now, you have already chef of the restaurant
and hall manager.
So, your tasks for now
1. Introduce sustainability in HRM system;
2. Come up with mission, vision statement and goals for the company, give
arguments why your choice is the best for employees;
3. Write down all positions needed including yours, with the descriptions,
responsibilities and rights;
4. Create the plan of employee planning, recruitment and selection. What kind of
trainings you are going to provide for each position and how you are going to
evaluate performance and reward staff.
