911 Today, one letter no.

1196 dated 24-06-10 from

Hon’ble Sub Divisional Magistrate, Derabassi

containing his order was received through Field

Kanungo, Derabassi, vide which instruction was

given by Hon’ble Sub Divisional Magistrate to get

the mutation of the land acquired by the

Department of P.W.D. in the year 1955 situated at

village Singhpura, sanctioned in the name of the

concerned Department. In this regard, earlier also

letter no.963 dated 2/12/09 had been received. In

this regard, one endst. Letter dated 11/12/09 had

been written by the Patwari of the area in respect

of the above letter that some errors have been

found in the notification issued by the Punjab

Government in the year 1955 in favour of the

Department of PWD. As per notification, the land

is comprised in and entered as Khasra No.41 (0-8),

203 (0-1), 590 (1-10), 601 (1-8), 602 (1-18), 675

(1-4), 681 (2-0), 686 (1-13), 689 (2-2), 192 (1-

18), 708 (0-2), 709 (0-9). However, while dividing

the same, the land comprised in Khasra No.41 (0-

6), 192 (1-14), 590 (1-6), 601 (1-11), 602 (2-1),

675 (1-6), 681 (2-7), 686 (2-7), 686 (1-15), 203

(0-6-10), 687 (2-5), 708 (0-4), 709 (0-12) falls

on the road and regarding mutation, it is

worthwhile to mention here that tatima

(division/partition) of Khasra Nos.243//243/1,

243/2, 243/3 has already been done through

Mutation No.566-567-568 and tatima of Khasra

Nos.244, 244/1, 244/2 through Mutation Sale

No.569-570-571 and tatima of Khasra Nos.684-685

through Mutation Sale No.819-858-920. The tatima

of these Khasras through mutation is wrong. Record

has not been divided as per the tatima. Therefore,

the tatima of the road passing through above

Khasra Numbers has not been issued. Only upon the

correct divisions on the above mutations, tatimas

can be issued in the above Khasra numbers. In the

letter no.1196 dated 24-06-10, clear instructions

were given by Hon’ble Sub Divisional Magistrate,

Derabassi to the Patwari of the area that mutation

be presented after sanctioning the same as per

notification. In this regard, responsibility was

fixed. As per orders, mutation was entered in

respect land situated at village Singhpura vide

Mutation No.7820.
