The Supplier agrees to provide HIRAYA with Catering and Event Styling
Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract
and its Annexes, if any. The following are the details of the event
where the goods and services will be needed.

V. Termination & Refund

HIRAYA may terminate this Contract, in whole or in part, at any time
with written notice to the Supplier. Any monies paid in advance by
HIRAYA shall be refunded on or before the date of termination.

The Supplier shall be liable to refund the payment, in whole or in

part, if they fail to provide the goods and services in this contract
due to the negligence of the Supplier.

VI. Force Majeure

Neither Party will be liable for any delay in performing or failure to
perform any of its obligations under this Contract if such delay or
failure is caused by force majeure, such as civil disorder, military
action, natural disaster and other circumstances which are beyond the
control of the Party in question. In such event, the party will give
immediate notice in writing to the other Party of the existence of
such cause or event and of the likelihood of delay.

VII. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to
this Contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall
be settled amicably by negotiation between the Parties. In the event
that such negotiation is unsuccessful, either Party may submit the
dispute to arbitration. The arbitral award will be final and binding.

Nothing about the dispute is allowed to be posted in any social media

platform publicly.

VIII. Final Clauses

Contract will enter into force upon signature by both Parties and
shall remain in force until completion of all obligations of the
Parties under this Contract.

Amendments to this Contract may be made by mutual agreement in writing

between the Parties. Signed in two copies in English, on
