The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld.
Registrar’s Court on 10th July, 2023, when the following order
was passed:-
“All matters
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks’
time to take fresh steps in respect of the unserved common
sole respondent.
List again on 16.08.2023.”

It is further submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid


order, the counsel for the petitioner has on 15.07.23 e-filed
spare copies of the special leave petitions. Accordingly, show
cause notice has been issued to the common sole respondent in
all the matters by registered A.D. post.
Service of notice is awaited.
The office report in the matters above-mentioned are listed
before the Ld. Registrar’s Court.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble


Court on 16th October, 2020, when the Court was pleased to pass
the following order:-
“Applications for exemption from filing official
translation are allowed.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioners has
drawn our attention to the judgment of the
Madras High Court at Annexure P-10 in the Tamil
Nadu Unaided Polytechnic Management
Association & Anr.V. State of Tamil Nadu & Ors.
decided on 6th July, 2018, more specifically, para
40 onwards.
Issue notice.
In the meantime, no coercive action be taken
against the petitioners in pursuance to the
impugned order.”

It is submitted that there is common sole respondent in all


the matters. The counsel for the petitioner has not file spare
copy of the Special Leave Petition so far. Hence, show cause
notice could not be issued.

It is further submitted that the matter was listed before


the Ld. Registrar’s Court on 16.02.2022, when the following
order was passed:
“All matters
Ld. counsel for the petitioner prays for further
time to file spare copies in respect of the
unserved common sole respondent. Records
reveal that while hearing the matter
on16.10.2020, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to
direct, amongst others, for issuance of notice. As
such, prayer for further time to file spare copies
is refused.
Registry to process the matters for listing
before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for
necessary directions.”

mentioned are listed before the Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers.
