REMOVAL OF NAMES FROM THE REGISTER OF REGISTERED VETERINARIANS

1. Pursuant to Section 22(4) (e) of the Veterinary Act (CAP 319), the names of
Registered Veterinarians appearing in the table below from nos (1-6) have been
removed from the REGISTER OF VETERINARIANS on 4TH, November, 2020 by
the Veterinary Council of Tanzania during its 47th meeting for ceasing to practice
in Tanzania.

2. Furthermore, Pursuant to Section 22(4) (f) of the Veterinary Act (CAP 319), the
name of a Registered Veterinarian appearing in the table below (no.7) has been
removed from the REGISTER OF VETERINARIANS on 4TH, November, 2020 by
the Veterinary Council of Tanzania during its 47th meeting for ceasing to retain
his name in the REGISTER.
