REF: LETTER OFFER FOR EMPLOYMENT

I am pleased to confirm to you an offer of the position of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER to

the managing director at DEONHUB LIMITED COMPANY on the following terms and
conditions and the same shall be read in line with your contract of Employment.

You will be joining our team at (Physical Address) located in (District) Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
This position reports to the Managing Director and the company will offer the following
employment package:

Salary
Your gross salary for the purpose of the term of the offer letter shall be One Million (TZS
1,000,000) paid on a monthly basis. You will further be subjected to six Month probation period
and after successfully passing this period you may be eligible for an increment in your salary
together with benefits identified below depending on your performance review which will be
conducted based on agreed Key Performance Indicators.

Benefits
As a company employee, you will be entitled to the following benefits as follows;
● 10% Pension (statutory contribution).
● Limited medical insurance upon probation confirmation
● Sick leave
● 28 vacation days annually
