Symptom:
"Blank picture (with audio)" or "Greenish picture" after upgrade to v2.08.

Cure:

The root cause of this problem is due to PQ setting was masked out in SW
v2.08 "atorun.upg" file for 3000 H series sets.

The detail symptom is as below according to screen size.

After SW-upgrade to v2.08 autorun.upg:
- 32PFL30x7H/xx: The display shows black screen. TV's LED responds
to the remote control with blink, but OSD does not appear. Audio is
present.
- 37PFL3007H/xx: Everything looks fine but after re-
installation/factory/picture reset, the display shows black screen.
Sets will display OSD screen when remote control is pressed.
- 42PFL3007H/xx: Everything looks fine but after re-
installation/factory/picture reset, the display colour went off toward
greenish.
Sets will display OSD screen when remote control is pressed.
- 47PFL3007H/xx: Everything looks fine but brighter. After re-
installation/factory/picture reset, the display colour went off toward
greenish.
Sets will display OSD screen when remote control is pressed.
CURE:
Use software v2.09 PKG (attached) and follow the following steps to
resolve this problem.
1. Extract the ‘PS_2k12_3K_DL.pkg’ file into the root directory of an
empty USB stick.
2, Switch ON the TV with Programmes on.
3. Switch OFF the TV set via the mains switch (AC power).
4. Insert the copied PKG file into the USB port of the TV set.
5. Switch ON the AC power, the TV set will auto force the SW upgrade.
6. Screen OSD will shows ‘software upgrade in progress….”
7. Please wait, screen goes black, channel will appear and then USB
content browser screen will appear.
8. Unplug the USB stick and switch OFF the TV.
9. Switch ON the TV set, and go to "Factory Settings" and select "RESET",
this will resolve the "greenish" issue.

REMARKS:
- PKG file name provided is v2.09 and the file name is
“PS_2K12_3K_DL.pkg”.
- The PKG file name (PS_2K12_3K_DL.pkg) is created to prevent other
TPM series to upgrade this SW (2k12 xxPFL30x7H/xx series model only).
