surveying. As a Graduate Research Assistant at UiTM, I have actively engaged in conducting research, performing data
analysis, and assisting senior researchers on various projects. This role has enhanced my research and organizational

Additionally, I have nearly a year of industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor at Junda Realty Sdn Bhd. In this role, I
was responsible for preparing progress reports, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing site inspections. I also
became proficient in using software such as AutoCAD for quantity surveying tasks. This experience has sharpened my
ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently with project stakeholders.

Despite my limited experience as a Quantity Surveyor, I have a proven track record as a fast learner and adept at
