Course Pre-Requisites ECE 0: Electronics Engineering Orientation

Course Co-Requisite None

This course focuses on Electronics Engineering Contracts; warranties; liabilities; patents; bids; insurance; other topics
Course Description on the legal and ethical positions of the professional engineer. It also includes safety and other standards related to the ECE
profession. This also put emphasis on the four (4) books on Philippine Electronics Code.

By the time of graduation, the students of BSECE shall have the ability to:

a) apply knowledge of mathematics and science to solve engineering problems


b) design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data.
c) design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental,
social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability and sustainability, in accordance with standards.
