1. That we sold to SHEILA MAE AMORGANDA a portion of Lot No. 2479-A-8, located in
Purok Makugihon, Brgy. Camanjac, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, with
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 109-2017000763 in the Registry of Deeds of Dumaguete
City, which portion is known and designated as Lot No. 2479-A-8-B, Psd-
________________, with an area of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY TWO (222) SQUARE
METERS, MORE OR LESS;

2. That I hereby certify that the portion of Lot No. 2479-A-8-B, Psd-________________, with
an area of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY TWO (222) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR
LESS, I sold to SHEILA MAE AMORGANDA does not include any building or
improvement of whatever kind and nature;

3. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purpose this may serve;
