AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP WITH SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

WE, ELIZABETH E. BUHANGHANG, widow, CRISTITO B. ECONG,


married, COSTODIO B. ECONG, married, HERMES B. ECONG, married,
EDUVEGIS B. ECONG, married, JENEFER B. ECONG, single, FELMAR B.
ECONG, married, all of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of Maningcao,
Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby state and declare that:

1. That Herman Batal is the registered owner of a parcel of land


known as Lot No. 5981, under Original Certificate of Title No. O-V-607,
situated in the Barrio of Maningcao, Municipality of Sibulan, Province of
Negros Oriental, containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND AND FORTY-
EIGHT (18, 048) SQUARE METERS, more or less;

2. That Herman Batal died intestate without debts left unpaid and
upon his death he was survived by his children, one of which is Maria Batal
Econg who is our mother;

3. That Maria Batal Econg died intestate without debts left unpaid
and upon her death she was survived by her children, the above-named
ELIZABETH E. BUHANGHANG, CRISTITO B. ECONG, COSTODIO B. ECONG,
HERMES B. ECONG, EDUVEGIS B. ECONG, JENEFER B. ECONG, and
FELMAR B. ECONG;

4. That FRANCISCA EUCOGCO is the registered owner of the 2/3


share of a parcel of land known as Lot No. 5259, under Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-6589, situated in the Barrio of Maningcao, Municipality of Sibulan,
Province of Negros Oriental, containing an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND
TWENTY THREE (11, 023) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

5. That FRANCISCA EUCOGCO died intestate without debts left


unpaid and upon her death she was survived by her children, one of which is
Flaviano Econg who is our father;

6. That Flaviano Econg died intestate without debts left unpaid and
upon her death she was survived by her children, the above-named
ELIZABETH E. BUHANGHANG, CRISTITO B. ECONG, COSTODIO B. ECONG,
HERMES B. ECONG, EDUVEGIS B. ECONG, JENEFER B. ECONG, and
FELMAR B. ECONG;

7. With the death of my parents and grandparents, we are entitled to


inherit and/or succeed to the above-described parcels of land through
succession;

SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, ELIZABETH E. BUHANGHANG, CRISTITO B. ECONG, COSTODIO


B. ECONG, EDUVEGIS B. ECONG, JENEFER B. ECONG, and FELMAR B.
ECONG hereby authorize and appoint HERMES B. ECONG, 1.To apply for, process
and receive the Certificate of Tree Plantation Ownership (CTPO) over the tree plantation over
the above-mentioned parcels of land;

2. To apply for cutting and/or transport permits to cut and transport from the
cutting of all full-grown Mahogany, G-melina, Mango, and Mangium existing on the above-
mentioned parcel of land; 3. To sign all papers or documents and premises to put in effect any
or all of the powers herein granted.
