DEMAND LETTER
Dear Mr. /Ma’am,

I write on behalf of _____________, which has a pending concern with you.


As I am aware, you have tendered a resignation dated _____________,
however, upon scrutiny of your company files and upon talking to your
immediate supervisor, it was found that you are still bound by the
employment contract you have signed with us.

As per the record, it was stated in your resignation letter that your last day
of duty is supposedly on ________________, however, it was noted that
your last day of duty was on ______________, a clear violation of the
expressed provisions of your signed contract, to wit:

Service Bond Agreement, which warrants you to pay the liquidated damages
