How do you round numbers to the

The digits next to the numbers to be rounded off are less
than 5, so they are rounded down.

rounded off.
The digits next to the numbers to be rounded off are more
than 5, so they are rounded up.
Sometimes approximate numbers are used, so we need to
round off.
