● Cheesy Mojos
These bite sized delectables will surely hit the spot with its soft yet crunchy
goodness in every piece. These mojos are easy to make, and are definitely on the
budget side of things. These are sliced potatoes covered in flour and egg with a pinch
of salt, which is then deep fried until golden brown. These are then paired with
special cheese that we made ourselves, which will match perfectly with the crunchy
yet chewy mojos and will complement the saltiness of mojos.

● Hotdog Crunch
Want the tenderness of hotdogs, but at the same time the crunchiness of the
food? Look no further, as the hotdog fries combine the best of both worlds. Hotdogs
are sliced thinly, then covered in a wrap with bread crumbs to give it that extra crunch
in every bite. It is then deep fried till golden brown, and prepared with any dip you
prefer. It is a great and unique way to enjoy hotdogs with a twist.
● Multi-colored Kwek-Kwek
Want some food that is not only pleasing to the eye but also worth the price?
Kwek-kwek is a popular street food delicacy, which consists of soft boiled quail eggs
dipped in a regular orange color batter but we present it to you, with a twist. The thick
batter is made with flour, cornstarch, and water, with the addition of annatto powder,
a unique ingredient which gives the dish its remarkable colors, the food coloring.
Quail eggs are thoroughly coated in batter, and fried until crispy. A divine
combination of different food elements came together to create this innovative
product to satisfy and give the latest delectable food for the customers.

● Ukoy na Kamoteng Kahoy

Want a unique type but same taste of typical ukoy? Come on now and try our
very own, Ukoy na Kamoteng-Kahoy. Kamoteng-kahoy will be grated and then
combined with the eggs, water and together with the seasonings. After getting the
consistency of the combined ingredients, it is then deep fried till golden brown in a
medium heat. Trying new kinds of foods can possibly change your current favorites.
