1. Tell us something about yourself.

Yes sure! I’m an International Travel & Tourism Management Graduate from the Lyceum of
the Philippines University – Cavite Campus. About myself, I am very much fond with the way
I have an interaction most of the time with people. I find joy when I exchange views and
ideas with others, Aside from that, I love volunteering and doing charitable work even in my
smallest ways, that’s why my path led me here, or I must say I led myself here, because I
believe it is where I can possibly grow as an individual where I can provide my mastered skill
as a flexible person, that I know how to handle different personalities in all possible
situations, that will surely also can contribute to the overall success of the company. Over
and above the fact that being in this job, I have the privilege to explore and travel the world
and learn new cultures; but withal that, what excites me the most, is that I’ll get to work with
different people with an excellence service which is the daily bread of the industry and that’s
what I am really passionate about.

2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My work ethic and willingness to step in when needed are my most valuable
assets. I'm not above any task, and I'm proud of my ability to step in and adapt to
any circumstance in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for the
organization. I'm an outgoing individual who thrives at relating to others and
understanding their needs. With my exposure with the business environment,
being customer-oriented, is the best approach to provide excellent service.
However, I’m an independent person who enjoys working quickly, I sometimes
find it difficult to ask for help when I need it and also I am very focused on details
with my work, but I’ve learned that it is more beneficial for me to reach out when I
don’t understand something. Looking at the bigger picture and learn to reach out
to experts around me that have specific knowledge and skills that can make my
work better.

3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

My long-term aim over the next five years is to master my work and progress into
a management position with your company. I was drawn to the company's
different training approaches because I believe they will help me to gain new
abilities and advance with different role. Over the following five years, I envision
myself working on new and exciting initiatives at your company, preparing myself
for a higher position.
4. Why should we hire you?

Hiring me will bring growth to the company, and it is because of 3 reasons.

(1) First and foremost, your company is our country's flag carrier and has
consistently had remarkable growth in the tourism industry. I've gained
considerable understanding in this field, and I'm always up on flight on how
to put that knowledge into effect as the sector evolves.
(2) Second, I've read a lot about your company culture, and given that it's in the
tourism realm, it's amazing to see that everyone here adheres to People
Culture. I am a person who is compassionate and works well with others,
someone that can be relied on both personally and professionally.
(3) Third, based on my research and discussions with many employees of the
company, I discovered that your organization places a high value on its
employees' technical and professional development, which is admirable. I'm
always eager to learn new things and enhance my abilities so that I'm fully
prepared for any challenging endeavor. I'll always make sure I'm giving the
company the most bang for my buck.

5. How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?

I've discovered that I function better under pressure and that I prefer working in a
challenging setting. When dealing with a dissatisfied customer, for instance,
rather than focusing on my stress, I concentrate on the task at hand. During
these times, I believe that my ability to communicate effectively with customers
helps reducing my own stress as well as most importantly it relieves any stress
that the customer may be feeling. By that, as for me, pressure is quite crucial. I
am more driven and productive when I am under pressure. There are situations,
though, as my example illustrate that too much pressure can lead to stress.
However, I'm a skilled at juggling several tasks and sticking to deadlines, which
keeps me from becoming too overwhelmed.

6. Describe your family.

Thank you for the opportunity for giving the chance to talk about my pillar, my family.
I was born and raised in a simple and typical Filipino household. To start with my mother, she is
Teresa Quito, my father is Rafael Quito, the cornerstones of our family, they both work hard in
public market to provide us our needs. I have my 3 siblings, Ralph Quito, who has his own family
working in our Local Government as a data controller, I have my older sister, Maricar Quito, who
has her own family also and self-employed. My other sibling Raymart, who is in heaven gave us
my nephew, that I have to take care of. All of them are my inspiration to work hard and to give
back in time, providing them the things they all deserve.
7. What are your hobbies?

As I’ve said, I am very much fond with the way I have an interaction most of the time with
people. I volunteer and do charitable work even in my smallest ways. Volunteering allows me
to meet new people while also enabling me to give back to my community. I communicate
with a diverse group of people that share my passion to serve others.

8. What are the 3 uncompromisable areas in your life?

I am a person who embrace and drive change, however I still have these areas
to look on in this multi-faceted life. First, of course, in our times today, it’s vital to
focus on health and fitness or quest How will I get healthier? We all should strive
to improve our wellbeing. It is never too early or too late to start living more
healthily. I plan to live well with my body. Secondly, financial health. How will I
build wealth for future? I should be wiser on investing with things to secure a
better future. Lastly, fun. I am a very focused and workaholic person, sometimes
I tend to forget to have fun. Teaching myself to free my mind from the daily grind
and just live the moment, with myself and with others as well. We all should
consistently do more of our goals that’s working, and then revise if it’s not
working. As simple as that.
