Finalized List of Participants for Legal Aid Project

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Kavindi Kodithuwakku, and I am writing to
provide finalized list of Participants as requested by Prison headquarters as part of a
legal aid project organized by Leo Club of Kolonnawa aimed at providing advices to
incarcerated individuals.
We gathered a dedicated group of fifteen volunteers including seven Leo club
members who are legal professionals and eight experienced senior lawyers. To ensure
the smooth operation of our visitation, we would greatly appreciate the permission to
access Colombo Remand Prison facility on 19th August 2023 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM Our
team will be present for approximately five hours. We assure you that our visit will be
conducted with utmost professionalism and respect for your institution's rules and
regulations.
