It represents day to day heartbeat of a firm, which focuses on how the production takes place
and what its channel to operate and what are the key partners who help to operate business.
Basically as above described the business that we are operating is of service providing to our
customer. This is basically customer support that deals both internally and externally. We
provide assistance and guidance on call to those who seek to get a resolution on their
problems. We see that now a days it is the basic need for our community to have knowledge
about everything to keep them up to date according the need and demand so we provide
assistance to customer about airlines and that was external support, for internal we are
provide “web development and maintenance services”. This is basically a way to provide our
website a strategy through which they can be operated well. This may include:

by the points. Providing training would be the best way to teach employees and internees

KEY PARTNERS
Every start up begins with small partnership at least. So we need to understand the role of key
partners here, they are basically our trade associations. (Trade organizations that are formed
by firms in some industry to collect and disseminate trade information.)
