781315 do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows : -

(1) That I am a bonafide Indian citizen by birth and have a permanent residence at
Ward No.1, Barpeta Road Town, District - Barpeta, Assam.

(2) That Sri Babulal Tater (Jain) S/O Lt. Manik Chand Tater, Address : 234,
Dungargarh, Ward No.6, P.S.- Sridungargarh, District- Bikaner, Rajesthan has
been residing in my house at Ward No.1, Barpeta Road since four years on rent .

(3) That this affidavit will be used as a documentary evidence to prove that Sri
Babulal Tater (Jain) S/O Lt. Manik Chand Tater is my tenant and he has been
residing in my house at Ward No.1, Barpeta Road since four years on rent .

(4) That I signed this affidavit on this day of October, 2015 at Barpeta.
