Please note:
1.Applicants will be issued with a token number at the Application Centre and will be attended as per the
token number assigned.
2.The waiting time at application centre depends on the number of applications submitted at the counter by
an individual.
3.Please be available at the Visa Application Centre (VAC) 10 mins prior to the scheduled appointment time in
your letter.
4.Kindly refer to the checklist and carry documents as per requirements on the appointment date & time to
avoid any delays in the entire process.
5.Due to security regulations, we don’t permit Laptop, USB, TAB, CD, Helmet bags and there is no storage
space provided at our centre. Kindly make your own arrangements for safekeeping of your valuables.
6.Please refer to Security Rules in BLS Website for more information.
7.If you miss to turn up at our centre at the appointed date and time, BLS does not guarantee for a fresh
appointment. You may have to seek a fresh appointment as per the availability online.
8.If You are unwell (fever, runny nose, cough) or you are on Quarantine Order, Leave of Absence (LOA) or
Stay-Home Notice please do not visit our office during this period. For any assistance please contact +7 707

9.No gathering or queue is allowed in and out of the Visa Application Centre premises.
10.It is mandatory to wear the mask at all the time.
11.Only registered applicant will be allowed inside the application centre. In case of minor/physically
challenged applicant, either of the parents can accompany during the visit.
12.All applicant must undergo the screening process.
