INTRODUCTION
Baking requires multitasking skills such as the ability to mix ingredients while keeping an
eye on what is already in the oven and cleaning the kitchen premises. It also requires a good
sense of timing, flexibility to adjust recipes as needed to ensure the best possible outcome.
Honing baking skills also may develop leadership aptitude, especially if taking the lead when
working as a group. While baking often requires following a recipe, it also encourages
creativity and outside the box thinking especially when a mistake is committed. Self-
confidence is another positive effect of good baking skills. Once an individual produces
several tasty and attractive treats on their own, it is easy to feel good about himself having
achieved such an accomplishment.
