    NOTICE OF UNAVAILABILITY
    With Motion to Reset Hearings

    OFFICE OF THE Hon. PRESIDING JUDGE &


    BRANCH CLERK OF COURT

    Please take notice that the undersigned public prosecutor will not be
    available this 20th day of January 2023 because he is currently visiting the
    Department of Justice Main Office, the Ombudsman, and the Integrated Bar
    of the Philippines Main Office to cull certain required documents for his
    application for a judgeship position in Eastern Samar.

    It is hereby prayed that the cases scheduled this January 19, 2023 be
    reset to January 26, 2023 or some dates thereafter.

    This Notice and Motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of the
    case but for good reasons solely attributable as afore-mentioned.

    Undersigned also requests the Clerk Of Court to inform the adverse


    counsels and parties due to lack of material time.
