ROLE AND PURPOSE
The Procurement Data Clerk is responsible for supporting the procurement team by performing a variety of data entry and administrative tasks related to procurement activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner • Enter data into procurement systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues. • Assist with the preparation of procurement reports and analytics. • Maintain procurement records, files, and other documentation. • Assist with procurement-related tasks, such as sourcing and vendor management, as needed. • Participate in special projects as assigned by the procurement manager or supervisor.
