CANCELLATION PROCESS

This is with regard to number (5) of the lease agreement.

1. The lease agreement is a binding and legal document, but it may be terminated should both the
lessor and the lessee agree to do so.
2. Neither the lessor nor the lessee can cancel the agreement without the knowledge and acceptance
thereof either party.
3. Should both parties come to the agreement that they wish to terminate the lease agreement, it
should be immediately brought to the notice of the Department of Student Housing.
4. It is the responsibility of the lessee to bring this cancellation form to our notice at the Student
Housing Office, so that there will be no problem in the payment process or in any other respect.
5. Without attachment of this lease agreement the contract is still valid.
6. The lessor must make sure that all payment due to the lessor is made before the termination of
lease agreement.
