AOB:
 It was discussed and agreed that the project(SDC and ASF) which are going to be
completed in this month end, the relevant focal person’s must share gender focus
activities reports, celebration of national or international days reports or pictures, before
closing of project.
 It was discussed in the meeting that gender project proposal review committee need to
be nominated as it is requested to executive director through emails by gender
coordinator, but still pending from executive director nomination.
 All project coordinators are here by requested that support their project focal person for
GMC meetings in Head Office give them logistic support, internet access and extra time
for their gender related work.
 Those GMC members who not attend meeting must coordinate with other focal person
and gender coordinator for clarity at any action point.
