My Performance Task
Performance Task 1 – Complete the structured frame

I need to undergo teaching internship because I must be

ready for the teaching profession in order to become a
future educator. Through hands-on experience working
with my students, this internship will enable me to increase
my knowledge. As I advance in my profession, this will also
enable me to be effective and relevant in the teaching field,
enabling me to become the greatest teacher I can be.

Performance Task 2 – Among the 4 phases of internship,

which seems difficult why?

 Orientation Sessions

 Final demonstration and accomplishing exit forms
Phase 2 of the internship, in my opinion, is the most challenging of the four phases since
it requires time to develop relationships with other students and our collaborating instructor.
The hardest part of a teaching internship is dealing with the variety of student behaviour.
However, the remaining steps will be "as easy as 1, 2, 3" if we are successful in winning their
trust and developing positive relationships with them. Therefore, I believe that the hardest part
of the process is observing and developing relationships with your students and the
cooperating teacher.

The goal of the code of ethics is to secure
all learners. Every student will be respected
by me as their teacher, and I will promote
diversity in my classroom and prevent
anyone from feeling excluded when I'm
present.
Bullying is not tolerated on school
property, either inside or outside. I won't be
the person who will initiate any bullying in
my class because I'm a teacher. I'll also
educate them on the impact bullying has on
behavior and performance. If bullying occurs
in my class, I'll see to it that the offenders are
dealt with fairly.
Being a good teacher, I won't cause my
students any distress and I won't approach
them directly. As much as I can, I'll bring a
stick or some other suitable object to avoid
touching them, and I won't say anything
nasty to them either to avoid giving them the
impression that I'm harassing them.
Every person's right, whether they are
professors or students, must be respected.
As a teacher, I also have the freedom and the
right to voice what I think and feel. As a
teacher, I will demonstrate my freedom to do
as I like, within reason, while also setting an
excellent example of being an individual.
Applying this in my profession by being
fair to all my students, no favoritism, no
discrimination and no cruelty inside my class.
I will perform a safe and diverse teaching in
my classroom. I will bring out the best in my
students, I will help them improve their
strengths and help them cope with their
weaknesses.
