Humble request is that, I, SI Kazi Mizanur Rahman with office ASI/Md. Imanur

Anowar Hossain, Constable/456658 Md Sajib Mia, All Police Station: Kadamtoli,
DMP, Dhaka submitted Complaint that, Today 18/05/2022 at 10.00 am I got the secret
news that Bangladesh Jatiya Party and Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal and organ
organization organized a protest march on the release of ruling Begum Khaleda Zia.
The procession started protesting about the location of the video hall, as previously
expressed by a large number of Dhaka Mawa under Kadali police station, asking
various questions. I am associated with published news, Audio with force estimated at
11.30 on 18/05/2022. A clash broke out between the two parties. The accused started
throwing bricks in anger at us. Later we threw the target cell of the accused and the
accused broke Raida's glass with a stick to get more angry. Whose Registration No.-
Dhaka Metro-B-14-7624 and burned this, whose plate Md. Humayan Kabir (30),
Father: Amir Ali, Address:-36/4/E, Dakshin Jatrabari, Police Station-Jatrabari, is
covered. At one stage we can control the situation. From Khoka, (1) Md. Sharif
Sahabi, (2) Md. Liton Midway, and with the help of bystanders Raida may have failed
to put out a fire. He mentioned the evidence before the defendants. Accused have
vandalized the government, fire connections, premeditated collection of stone pieces
and sticks for the purpose of causing damage to life and property. By questioning the
local people we can know the name/address of the absconding accused. The

said defendants and their co-accused have pre-planned and attacked the case described in the
source by forming an illegal mob. According to the evidence obtained after the instructions of
the higher authority, the accused named in the case have been interrogated extensively and
intensively, but if special operations are conducted along with the accused, it will be possible
to arrest the co-accused, to recover the baton and bricks used in the incident, and the fair

Short description of the case:
On 18/05/2022 at 10.00 hours, the plaintiff received information from secret

sources that, Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Dal BNP and Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal
and activists organized a protest march demanding the release of Begum
Khaleda Zia.
The procession crossed different roads and started protesting in front of Geet
Sangeet cinema hall on the eastern side of Dhaka Mawa High Way Road under
Kadmatoli police station. On the basis of the said news, the plaintiff along with
the officer, force arrived at the spot on 18/05/2022 at approximately 11.30 hours
and found that 70/80 people had gathered on the road and started throwing
bricks at the vehicles running on the road. Sensing the presence of the plaintiffs,
he got angry and started throwing bricks at the plaintiffs. Later, when the
plaintiff threw tear gas at the defendants, the defendants became more enraged
and broke the glass of Raida's car with a stick. Registration No.- Dhaka Metro

Md. Humayon Kabir (30), father-deceased Amir Ali, Address: 36/4/E, Dakshin
Jatrabari, Police Station: Jatrabari , Dhaka was injured. At one stage the plaintiff
was able to control the situation. (1) Md. Sharif Hossain, (2) Md. Liton Mia Der
were arrested from the spot and with the help of the people present, they were
able to put out the fire of the Raida car. The said evidence left by the accused
was seized in the presence of the witnesses mentioned in the seizure list along
with the persons present. Accused gathered on the road and hurled bricks at the
moving vehicle and smashed the glass of the Raida vehicle with sticks, stones
and sticks were pre-planned to cause damage to property. Interrogation of local
persons may reveal the names/addresses of absconding accused. After coming
to the police station and filing a written complaint, the officer-in-charge of the
police station assigned the investigation of the case to me. I visit the place of
occurrence and prepare sketch map of the place of occurrence and record
statement of eye-witnesses under Section 161 Cr.P.C.
After investigating the case more extensively, it is known that the attack was
carried out on the orders of accused No. 1 Md. Sharif Hossain. The accused are
leaders and activists of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). They carried
out the attack with a pre-planned political objective and destroyed a lot of
public and private property by pelting bricks and smashing the windows of the
van with sticks.
After further investigation, I came to know that accused No. 3, Md. Zakir
Hossain, is the co-publication secretary of Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP,
Kadmatoli Police Station. Accused No. 1, No. 2 of the case are absconding on
bail and accused No. 3 to 27 are absconding from the time of the indictment of
the case. Efforts are on to arrest the accused. Praying for justice against the
accused, I filed a complaint No-248 dated 02/11/2022, Section-
143/147/148/323/326/332/353/427/435/109/34 Penal Code of Shahbag Police
Station. Plaintiffs and witnesses will prove the truth of the case in court through
evidence. The plaintiff has informed of the outcome of the case.
