have to address you as under:-

1. My client states you are doing business of make Passport


and Visa to send the Indian person to Gulf Country, my client
approached to you for the same and request you to kindly
make my relative Passport and Visa for sending for my

relatives, and you have agree for the same by demanding


total expenses amount of Rs. 2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh
Sixty Thousand Only) for the above said work.

2. My client states that he accepted your demand and paid you


the total amount by way of UPI on 06/03/2021, and you have
received the same and promise to provide the above said
documents as soon as possible.

3. My client states that for making above said purpose he


provided entire related documents as per your requirement ,
but till date after passing more than one year you have not
provides the above said documents to my clients, stating
several excuses.

4. My client state that lastly in the month of April, 2022 you


denied the same and promise to return the received money
of Rs. 2,30,000.00 to my client within one months.

5. My client states that after the expiry of due date committed


by you yours have not return a single penny to my client till
date.

6. My client states that the aforesaid fact shows that you don’t
wants to re-pay above said amount to my client causing
wrongful loss to my client. Your aforesaid conduct constitutes
an offence punishable U/s 420 under criminal breach of trust.

7. I Without prejudice to the above, you rendered yourself liable


to pay to my client, interest at the rate of 18% on the said
amount of Rs. 2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Thirty
Thousand Only), from 06/03/2021, till payment for delay in
payment.

In the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove , I hereby call upon you to

transfer the Property Tax Receipt within 15 days from the receipt of this notice

failing which I have clear instructions from my clients to proceed against you

before competent Court of Law/Authorities/Forum under appropriate law

(Civil and / or Criminal) including filing Suit solely at your costs, risk, and

consequences emanating therefrom, Please take not that you are also liable

to pay Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) towards the costs of this

legal notice.
