2. Financial Evaluation of contract package CP30/TU01 was considered along with
Financial Evaluation of contract package CP31/TU02 due to the following Multiple
award criteria with least cost to the Employer stated in tender document (Part 1 –
Section I - Instruction to bidders (ITB): Clause 43) as reproduced below:-
“CMRL is inviting Tenders for Underground Bored Tunnels for 2 packages, namely,
Contract No. CP30/TU01 & Contract No. CP31/TU02 simultaneously. Tenderers can
apply for both the packages. However, CMRL will award only one package to one
Tenderer based on least cost to the Employer.”
As per the above clause M/s TATA Projects Limited, valid L1 bidder was awarded
the above contract.
