are pleased to offer you a position of in our organization.
We are delighted in offering you an employment opportunity as a Ticketing Executive (C.S.A) with InterGlobe
Aviation Limited in Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh.
Your initial place of Training will be in Indira Gandhi International Airport on Monday, 07th August, 2023 at
10:00 AM along with following documents: -
1. Educational Certificates 10th Onwards.
2. Pan Card and Address Proof.
3. Bank statement or a leaf of cancelled cheque.
4. Voter ID and Aadhar Card.
5. Three copies of PP size latest photograph.
6. Fitness Certificate
This letter stands valid for one week from the date of issue, kindly acknowledge the same and send back to
us as a token of acceptance.

1.Remuneration: Please refer to attached Annexure 1 for detailed remuneration.
3. Probationary Period:
I. You will be put on probation for a period of twelve months from the date of joining. On satisfactory
completion of probationary period, you will be confirmed in the service of the Company. If your
work and conduct during the probationary period is not found satisfactory, the period of probation
may be extended at the discretion of the management.
II. Unless an order in writing confirming you on the post is passed expressly, you will not be deemed to
have been confirmed even though your probationary period may have expired.
III. During probation period, you can avail 2 Casual leaves on prior approval from your reporting senior
and 3 sick leaves.
IV. Other applicable benefits & perks will be applicable after confirmation of your services.
4. Medical Fitness: The continuation of your service is subject to your being found and remaining
medically/physically & mentally fit.
5. Obligations:
a. The Company will expect you to work in any department in which you are placed with a high
standard of initiative, efficiency and economy.
b. You will not seek membership of any local or public body without first obtaining specific permission
from the management.
c. You will not give out to any one, by word of mouth or otherwise, particulars or details of our
manufacturing process, technical know-how, administrative and organizational matters of a
confidential or secret nature which may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of your being
our employee.
d. During your employment, you will be governed by the rules and regulations of the company that
may be enforced, and which may be amended, altered on extended from time to time and your
acceptance of this offer
e. Of appointment carries with it your agreement to abide by all such rules and regulations.
f. You will not seek employment or associate in business, in any matter, with our competitors, clients,
associates or principles, either in India or aboard for a period of two years from the date of your
ceasing to be in employment.
6. Place of Posting:
You can be posted anywhere in Delhi, Punjab, however at present you will be posted at Indira Gandhi International
Airport.
7. Termination:-
During the probationary period, if the management is not satisfied with your work, conduct and
performance, your services will be liable to termination without Notice.
After confirmation, the management reserves the rights in its sole discretion of terminating your services
after giving you notice for one month or pay in lieu thereof.
8. Notice Period:-
During probationary period, notice period will be one month and after confirmation of services it will be
three months. If you desire to quit from the organization, you shall submit a copy of resignation in advance
as per your employment period. However, in case any disciplinary proceedings are either contemplated or
pending against you, the company have the right not to accept your resignation.
9. Retirement:-
You will automatically retire from the service of the Company on attaining the superannuating age of 58
years. You will be expected to provide acceptable evidence of your date of birth at the time of joining the
company.

2. You can avail the company’s facility of Group health insurance policy subject to payment of equivalent amount
as shown above.
