• Global Category Manager, Mainstream Flower 2020 - Present
o Responsible for a $110M annual product portfolio and managing the Tweed Flower brand, leading sub-
category P&L driven decisions to optimize performance including product innovations and pricing structures.
o Establish focused product portfolio strategy within Mainstream Flower to optimize product mix within the
category to meet consumer needs, win in priority markets, and align with pricing segments.
o Support integration of robust insights and processes to define products that drive category growth, and
initiate product development needs for the category while working closely with Insights and Geographies.

o Responsible with building the support structure to execute the Retail strategy for a $120M annual business
unit, organizing quarterly business reviews and leading the quarterly priority setting with hierarchical task
tracking across fourteen teams located across Canada.
o Supported in ad-hoc analysis as needed ranging from labour cost optimization, building retail employee
incentive programs, scouting for retail site selection, and documenting the retail process end-to-end to share
with our US counterparts.
Restaurant Brands International 2016 – 2019
One of the world’s largest quick service restaurant companies with over $30 billion in system wide sales managing the Burger
King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes brands with over 24,000+ locations in over 100 countries.
• Manager, Indirect Procurement 2018 – 2019
o Responsible for $90M in annual spend for Beverage Equipment, Custom Fabricated Equipment, Refrigeration
Equipment, and Construction Material Categories.
o Main escalation point for any supplier relationship or contract management issues.
o Strong focus on identification, negotiation, and execution of cost savings strategies.
• Senior Analyst, Indirect Procurement 2017 – 2018
o Led RFP for Tim Hortons Canada promotional print services resulting in $2M in annual savings for
Advertising Fund.

o Negotiated preferred equipment parts pricing list for Tim Hortons restaurant owners from nationwide Repair
