1. Combine phase A and heat to 55-60°C.


2. Stir under low shear until flakes have fully dissolved and mixture is homogenous. Careful

3. Remove from heat, allow to cool <40°C.
4. Add phase B to phase A and stir through under low shear until homogenous.
5. Check/adjust pH to 5.5 – 6.
6. Allow to cool fully overnight before pouring off – viscosity and pearlescence will develop.
