Xi'an Fu Chuan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is authorized to stock the above listed
parts from Zeus Industrial Products, Inc. in support of the Chinese aerospace original
equipment manufacturers and the MRO market and distribute accordingly. Parts for use
in composite fabrication for the aviation or other composites markets are not included in
this authorization letter. Zeus standards terms and conditions of sale shall apply to any
such sales including pricing, payment, delivery and returns.
Xi'an Fu Chuan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.is further permitted to use all
merchandising materials etc., logo(s), flyer(s), sample(s) provided by Zeus Industrial
Products, Inc. for sales and promotion purposes. Upon termination of this authorization
Xi'an Fu Chuan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. shall cease using and/or distributing any
such merchandising materials and return to Zeus Industrial Products, Inc. all such unused
materials.
The term of this Letter of Authorization shall commence on December 1, 2018 and shall
continue for period of two (2) years unless sooner terminated. Either party shall have the
right to terminate this Letter of Authorization by provided 90 days written notification to
the other party.
