MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Meeting: 2nd QUARTER PIPO/PTC

Date:/Time: February 17, 2023 at 11:00am – 12:00 noon

A. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Philip Jay C. Manila, Adviser at 11:00am – 12:00
noon. The meeting started with a prayer led by the adviser followed by a roll call of the
parents
B. Approval of the Minutes
Philip Jay C. Manila moved to approve the minutes of the meeting. The motion was seconded. The
minutes were accepted as presented.
C. Report/Plan
The end of the 1st Quarter was finally realized. Parent Teacher Conference aims to link and relay
to the parents/guardians of Grade 7 Plato students the progress and diagnosed weaknesses along the
distribution of Report Cards showing the numerical grades that their children acquired within the
grading period of the quarter.
Printed Report Cards disseminated accordingly as planed and the deliberation of student’s
profiles and accomplishments done no problem. The overall run of the activity was successful.
As per compliance to the School Memorandum the program was administered following the time
given to avoid confusion with the other grade level the parents are inform on the schedule of the
PTC and Card Out three days ahead of the activity.
The Grade 7 teachers arrived early to prepare for the distribution of the paraphernalia and get
ready before the time. We started the Parent Teacher Conference and The Card Out at exactly
10:00am and ended at 12:00 noon. Those parents who are not able to go to school for various
reasons, pledge to come next time.

The agenda of the meeting, were the following:

1. Cards Out and Student Profile

2. Reporting of Grade 7- Plato learner’s performance in terms of reading, writing and
arithemtic.
3. Fetchers ID
4. Other matters and some reminders

Meeting adjourned at 12:00 in the afternoon.
