Outcome Demonstarte the process of table skirting in different occasions using the basic
designs of table skirting.

Preparation Before:
 Inform the Training Directorate for further coordination of the following:
o Availability of Audio Visual Room (AVR)
o Laptop, white screen, extension wire, clicker/pointer
o Tables, chairs, poduim
 Prepare the session plan, handout, safety plan assessment, assessment
instrument, and powerpoint presentation.
 Set up the classroom and all training equipment and materials needed.

During:
 Always ensure Work, Health and Safety (WHS) at all times.
 Roll call for attendance
 Distribute handouts
After:
 Unplug all used electrical equipment.
 Return all borrowed materials and equipment.
 Inform the Training Directorate on the conclusion of the activity.

Time Activities
INTRODUCTION
8min Interest Instructors profile, ice breaker(stretching exercise), Group activity
Need Knowing the basics of table skirting will help an individual on how to arrange
or hide table legs and clutter in home or during special event.
Time 40minutes with break
Roadmap  Demonstrate the ff;
 Deferent kinds of table skirting
 Other skirting designs
 Combinations of designs
 8 basic steps of table skirting
 Practice – step by step demonstrate once more together with the
learners the step to do table skirting
 Summarize – let the learners summarised what has been discussed.
 Assess – Assess through graded practical exercise; procedure on how
to table skirting. The learners will be graded Go or No Go per
demonstration of procedures. They must obtain at least 5 out of 8
procedures to pass.
Outcome At the end of the session, the students will be able to demonstrate the 8
basic steps of table skirting of table skirting by John Lenon L mendoza.
Safety  Pins, thumb tacks and scissors
Level of Risk: Low
Use these materials with caution. In case someone pricked their
fingers, first aide kit is readily available at the side.

 Wires and Electricity


Level of Risk: High
In case someone tripped, electrocute, or burns: medicine kits are
available, nearest person to cut/turn off the power source and Also, the
facilitator will be notified. Consult for medical attention.
 Earthquake
Level of Risk: High
In case of earthquakes: “DROP, COVER AND HOLD ON.” If you are
not near a strong table or desk, drop to the floor against an interior wall and
cover your head and neck with your arms. Proceed to the formation area
calmly using HADR equipment.

  COVID-19
        Level of Risk: High

       Always observe COVID-19 safety protocols – wear face mask, observe

Time Activities
social distancing, always handwash and disinfect with alcohol. If not feeling
well, inform the training directorate or the instructor.

 Fire
       Level of Risk: High
       In case of fire, the nearest person on the fire extinguisher will extinguish
and control the fire. Also, the facilitator will be the last person to leave.
Consolidation point will be in front of Admin Building, Hqeadquarters
5CMOBn.

steps from step 1 to step 8. They must obtain at least 5 out of 8 procedures
to pass.

CONCLUSION

Outcome By this time, the learners were able to demonstrate the 8 basic steps of
table skirting of Table skirting by John Lenon L Mendoza.
