TRANSPORT VEHICLE FOR COPRA TRADING OF KACOFARMCO.

WHEREAS, the Kawayan Alicia Coconut farmers Marketing Cooperative (KACOFARMCO) is

one of the cooperatives accredited by the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) – IPIL, Zamboanga
Sibugay Provincial Office;

WHEREAS, the Kawayan Alicia Coconut Farmers Marketing Cooperative (KACOFARMCO) is

organized cooperative and existing by virtue of Republic Act No. 9520 with Registration No. 9520-
100900032687 address at Kawayan, Alicia Zamboanga Sibugay;

WHEREAS, the KACOFARMCO has no vehicles that can mobilize from barangays to
KACOFARMCO warehouse (bodega) to oil mill;

WHEREAS, the KACOFARMCO rented a vehicle to transport the copra;

WHEREAS, the KACOFARMCO has no sufficient fund to purchase a vehicle or secondhand type of
vehicle;

WHEREAS, the KACOFARMCO, BOD Members, officers, members and coconut farmers ask a favor
to FARMSLINK, to help us regarding the above mentioned;

WHEREAS, the KACOFARMCO, is willing to accept of any types of vehicle to be used in transporting
the copra;

WHEREAS, after series of deliberation, the BOD’s approved the consensus of the said matter;

NOW THEREFORE, on mass duly seconded by the same, BE IT;

RESOLVED, it is hereby resolved, to make a humble request to provide a vehicle;

Approved unanimously by the Board of Directors present, this 11 th day of March 2023 at kacofarmco
Office, Kawayan, Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay.
