Note* Warranty does not cover fault due to accident, negligence misuse, fire, water, electrical
surge, & repairs carried out improperly.

Terms and Conditions

 Price Validity Prices are valid until 10 days
 Payment Terms 90% Advance, 10% after Installation and commissioning
 Prices are exlusive of All taxes & Duties & any tax imposed by government will be borne
by the Customer only.
 Main 3 Phase supply must be near the solar inverter.
 .Customer will be responsible to provide site access. All Civil works will be the
responsibility of customer. 
 Safety and security of equipment, once delivered on the premises of the customer
are the responsibility of the customer. Electrical and mechanical scope of work will
be as per agreed terms & conditions.
 Solar panels will have 12 years product & workmanship warranty and 30 years linear
performance warranty. Grid-ted inverters will have a warranty of 5 years.
 Company reserves the right to withdraw this order at any time.
 Load Balancing & internal wiring will be done by Customer’s Electrician.
 Voltage stabilization of Grid will be done by Customer’s end.
 All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation.
 Net-metering process may take up to 4 months and is dependent on WAPDA and NEPRA
officials.
 Grid-Tied system will Shutdown during load shedding and power outage even at day
time.
 Sanctioned Load increment as per the design is responsibility of client.
 Any tax applicable by the government, customer would pay.
 The customer has to arrange separation of identified load according to his
requirement at site. Smart Solar will only be responsible for Grid Input and Inverter
Output. The respective cables to be taken to and from main DBto identified place
where the Solar Inverter is to be installed.
