12. Course Objectives:
1. To make land more understandable as a resource and a commodity.
2. To offer sufficient inputs to aid in comprehending the complete development process as a fluid
activity and to be aware of the tactical components of the entire process of real estate development
and design.
3. To provide students with understanding of the various planning parameters for layouts and the
approval procedure.
4. To entice students to investigate contemporary tendencies in wealth accumulation and real estate
development.
5. To help students understand how important teamwork is to completing a project successfully.
