Being a class adviser is a rewarding experience that allows you to have a lasting impact

on your students' lives, both academically and personally. It provides an opportunity to be

actively involved in their growth and development, making a difference in their educational
journey.
Based on my own experience I realized that the becoming a class adviser allows me to
monitor academic progress and support social and emotional development of my learners.
As the class adviser, I have a comprehensive view of my students' academic progress
throughout the year. I am also able to identify early signs of academic challenges and provide
timely intervention and support to help my struggling students.
Apart from academics, my class adviser role also plays a crucial part in supporting my
students' social and emotional development. Because of this, I was able provide guidance and
counseling, help resolve conflicts, and create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
