Congratulations! I am pleased to offer you the position of ___________________ with -


______________. (the “Company”). This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The position of ____________________ will be located at the Company’s premises in 3 rd Floor JLC
Bldg., AS Fortuna, Brgy Banilad, Mandaue City, Philippines. Your employment with the
Company will commence on _______________.

1. As an employee of the Company, you agree to perform the following duties:

a. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales
team.
b. Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to
improve product/service marketability and profitability.
c. Design, develop and implement effective business strategy for
organizational sales and to help boost performance.
d. Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance
monitoring of sales representatives.
e. Counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming sales
representatives.
f. Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team.
g. Adhere to Schedule and Time on System, follow Company Rules and
Policies especially on Time and Adherence.
h. Perform any other ad hoc activities that will be assigned from time to
time.

2. You acknowledge and agree that you fully understand the parameters, functions and
requirements of the position offered to you, and undertake to responsibly carry out
such functions, including any other additional tasks assigned to you from time to
time.

3. This is a full-time position requiring approximately nine (9) hours per shift, from
Mondays to Thursdays only. These shifts can be [9pm-5am and 9am-5pm, Manila
Time]. In a case that the site is not at pace with the sales target, you may be required
to work on Fridays.

However, whether or not the site is at pace with the sales target, you will be
required to work every last Friday of the month.

4. The gross monthly salary is ___________________ only (Php xx,xxx.xx). Your gross annual
salary is ____________________ only (Php xxx,xxx.xx) which is your monthly rate
multiplied by twelve (12) months. Your gross monthly salary shall be subject to all
applicable taxes and deductions allowed under Philippine law. All salary
information is confidential.

The Company shall also provide you a monthly allowance of Fifteen Thousand Pesos
Only (Php 15,000.00), which is non-taxable. However, in an event that you incur a
total of three (3) tardiness or half days, or 2 unauthorized absences, during the
probationary period, your monthly allowance shall be forfeited.

5. Your base salary will be paid bi-monthly while this offer is in force. You hereby
authorize the Company to deduct from your compensation any applicable
deductions required by law.

6. Entitlement to the Company’s regular benefits are as follows:

a. Medical Plan and Group Life Insurance will be extended to the


employee effective upon regularization.
b. Vacation Leave, Sick Leave and all other benefit programs will be
extended to you after three (3) months of continued employment with
the Company. A detailed overview of the benefits program will be
provided to you after your start date.

7. You understand and agree that your initial engagement for the job is for a three (3)
month probationary employment, subject to review for performance, capability,
competency, skills, general conduct against the standards required in the job role.

Failure to meet the above attendance, sales target requirements and overall
performance rating during the period shall lead to termination of probationary
employment.

This offer for probationary employment will be converted to regular employment


upon satisfactory review on or before the end of your 3 rd month. At the end of your
probationary employment, a letter confirming your regular employment will be
issued if, at the Company’s absolute discretion, your services are found to be
satisfactory based on the above standards. On the other hand, if the Company
determines that you have not satisfactorily met above standards, your services will
be terminated upon reasonable notice.

8. During your active employment with the Company, you will not, directly or
indirectly, engage or participate in any other business activities that the Company,
in its reasonable discretion, determines to be in conflict with its best interests
without its written consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

9. Subject to legal requirements, your employment may be terminated by the Company


if you shall, at any time: (1) violate any provision of the Company’s Code of Conduct
and/or the Company’s Workplace Guidelines; or (2) commit any serious or
persistent breach of any of the terms and conditions of this offer; or (3) for just or
authorized cause under the Philippine Labor Code and other applicable laws, rules
and regulations.

10. As a standard requirement of all employees, you are required to sign the Employee
Proprietary Information Agreement (EPIA). A copy of EPIA will be given to you
upon acceptance of this offer. Your signing the acknowledgement form contained in
the Company’s Code of Conduct pertaining to compliance with Company’s policies,
signify receipt of the Code and your full agreement to comply with the policies.

11. This Offer Letter and its conversion to a standard probationary employment
contract and its subsequent conversion to a regular employment contract is subject
to your successful completion of our required pre-employment clearances, and
passing our pre-employment medical examination, including drug testing, as well as
a background check on their due dates. Your failure to comply and meet the

Company’s pre-employment medical standards within your probationary
employment is a ground for non-regularization and termination of your
probationary employment.
