Course Description:

The study of Regulatory Framework and Legal Issues in Business in this course deals with the various special laws that concerns different business
transactions, including Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, Truth in Lending, Government Procurement Reform Act,
Philippine Competition Act, Electronic Commerce Act, The Insurance Code, and Back Secrecy Act.
